On holiday in Italy, the answer is always lace.
Selena Gomez has spent her birthday trip doing what she does best on vacation: turning a quiet evening into a fashion moment.
The Only Murders in the Building star posted a photo to her Instagram Story capturing a date night with husband Benny Blanco, the two of them standing wrapped up together on an empty beach under the moonlight. The couple have been in Italy celebrating Gomez’s 34th birthday.
Her dress for the occasion came from De La Vali, the Ibiza-based womenswear label. The white piece has a sheer floral lace skirt, with ruffled lace details embroidered along the torso and hips. Styling stayed minimal: drop earrings, hair pulled back into a sleek bun. Blanco coordinated in his own all-white look, pairing a collared button-down with a distressed hem with white jeans.
It isn’t the only De La Vali dress she’s worn on this Mediterranean stretch. Earlier in the trip, Gomez shared photos of herself in the brand’s pale blue chiffon dress, printed with a delicate floral pattern, ruffles fluttering from the V-shaped neckline down to a center-leg slit.
Gomez rang in her birthday on July 22 and posted photos of herself blowing out candles last week.
“I have to thank you each of you immensely for your support, kindness and all the bday wishes,” she wrote in the caption. “Every single day I get to create because of all of you. Thank you for always making me the happiest girlie in the world 🌎 ♥️”
