Paris Couture Week has wrapped for the Fall 2026 season, and while the runways delivered plenty to talk about, the front rows offered a spectacle all their own. This season proved that couture can be both deeply human and boldly experimental, with houses like Chanel leaning into craft and emotion while others pushed the boundaries of what clothing can even be.
Off the runway, a dazzling lineup of celebrities and house clients turned every arrival into a fashion moment, each showcasing the distinct signature of the designer they wore.
At Dior, Sabrina Carpenter charmed in a dress wrapped in floral-embellished white lace, her hair styled into two braided pigtails. Ruth Negga offered a striking contrast in a semi-sheer black gown accented with a deep red floral print.
Chanel drew two very different interpretations of the house’s aesthetic. Alexa Demie kept things sleek in a simple black halter dress fastened with a brooch, while Tilda Swinton chose a partially sheer plaid shirtwaist dress finished with a scarf tied at the waist.
Balenciaga brought its own range. Cynthia Erivo shimmered in a brown sequined tank dress with a mermaid-style flourish at the hem, and Naomi Watts went for restraint in a feathered white top paired with sharp black trousers.
Other standout guests included Lupita Nyong’o and Teyana Taylor in Chanel, Emma Corrin and Bad Bunny in Schiaparelli, Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad, and Cardi B commanding attention in a bold red Robert Wun gown.
If this season proved anything, it’s that couture week never leaves you bored, on the runway or off it.
